2. Compliance with Company Policies

• Content providers must adhere to all business policies, regulations, and guidelines set forth by Bibaho Network.
• All submitted biodata should strictly follow the ethical and accuracy standards outlined by Bibaho Network.
• Content providers will bear full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all biodata entries they submit.

3. Verification and Responsibility

• Content providers must maintain a commitment to the verification procedures and requirements set by Bibaho Network and demonstrate integrity in performing these duties.
• Content providers must be prepared to undertake additional verification tasks as may be required by Bibaho Network over time.

4. Earnings and Compensation

• Content providers will be compensated through an agreed-upon revenue-sharing model, based on the quantity and quality of verified content they submit.
• Any financial arrangements or revenue-sharing percentages will be subject to periodic review and may be adjusted based on Bibaho Network’s operational requirements.

5. Safeguarding Content Quality

• Content providers are responsible for ensuring that all biodata entries are free from misleading or falsified information.
• Content providers are expected to act as quality guardians, maintaining the platform’s integrity by preventing any deceptive or inaccurate biodata from being published.

6. Termination of Content Provider Agreement

• Bibaho Network reserves the right to terminate a content provider’s account and withhold any outstanding earnings if they are found to be non-compliant with company policies.
• Content providers may voluntarily terminate their agreement but must complete any outstanding verification tasks and comply with exit procedures defined by Bibaho Network.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Bibaho Network may update these terms and conditions periodically. Content providers will be informed of any significant changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Content providers must maintain the confidentiality of all user information obtained through Bibaho Network’s platform.
• Unauthorized disclosure of personal information or misuse of user data will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Bibaho Network assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies in biodata entries verified by content providers. Content providers bear sole responsibility for ensuring the truthfulness of the information they submit.
